Saved our team hours
The Nava team felt like an extension of our team — a support to us, and a voice to the carriers for us. We’re really happy with the level of service from Nava.
We were facing a 6% renewal increase, Nava got creative with our plan design and turned it into a 9% savings—while adding short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance for the first time.

How is Nava different from a traditional benefits broker?
Nava is the only brokerage that brings together deep benefits expertise with cutting edge technology to function as an HR team’s outsourced benefits department. Our technology streamlines every step of the benefits process, from renewal strategy definition, to enrollment management and auditing, compliance, and member support. We’re also the only brokerage to back up our offering with a money back performance guarantee.
What is the process of switching to Nava?
Switching to Nava is easy, and incurs no friction on your benefits plans or rates. When an employer decides they’re ready to upgrade to Nava they’ll sign a Broker of Record letter, which names Nava as their point of contact with existing insurance and benefits vendors. From there we begin the Nava onboarding process which typically takes less than 30 days to align on strategy and roll out the member experience platform.
Can we switch to Nava and keep our plans?
Absolutely. Switching to Nava doesn’t impact your benefits plans, carriers or rates. As part of the transition, your insurance carriers and vendors are notified that Nava is the broker of record and we step into the role of your old broker. There is no friction, and employers can switch any time during the year.
Does Nava cost more than a traditional broker?
No, clients who switch to Nava typically pay less than with their traditional brokerages and get a broader range of services including our benefits administration support, and member support platform.
Can you help us move off our PEO?
Yes we specialize in transitioning employers off of PEO’s, and have successfully transitioned employers ranging from 50 - 750 employees. We partner on the entire process from technology to benefits plan design and implementation.
What types of companies does Nava serve?
Nava is focused on supporting mid-sized employers who have outgrown PEOs and want to provide a better benefits experience for their employees but need to get more value for their benefits.
Can Nava help us with all of our benefits?
Yes we support our clients with all their benefits from medical dental vision, to ancillary benefits, digital health tools, and perks. We also support our clients on their HR and benefits technology decisions including Ben admin and HRIS platforms.
